There is no contact form, because a form would mean collecting and storing what you typed. An email address gives you a copy of what you sent and gives us nothing extra.
Reporting a wrong answer
This is the message we most want to receive. Please include:
- the page URL,
- the exact inputs you entered,
- the answer the page gave, and
- the answer you expected, and where it came from.
Every calculator here implements a published equation, so a disagreement is usually one of three things: a genuine bug, a difference in which equation is being used, or a difference in rounding. All three are worth knowing about, and the first is worth fixing the same day.
Privacy requests
Requests about data — access, deletion, or advertising consent — go to the same address. What we hold is described on the privacy page, and it is very little.
What we cannot help with
We cannot give individual training, nutrition or medical advice. Not a policy about liability so much as a statement of fact: a web page cannot see you, and the questions people send about injuries, medication and eating disorders deserve a professional who can. If your question is one of those, please ask a doctor or a registered dietitian instead.
